JOUBY SOLUTIONS – SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Bookkeeping & Notary Services)
1. Services Provided
JOUBY Solutions provides bookkeeping services and notary public services to individuals and businesses. Services begin only after intake review, agreement acceptance, and payment.
Bookkeeping services may include monthly bookkeeping, cleanup or catch-up services, bookkeeping setup, and related support as agreed upon.
Notary services are provided in accordance with Texas law and include acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affirmations, and related notarial acts.
2. Scope of Services
JOUBY Solutions provides bookkeeping services only and does not provide tax preparation, legal advice, or financial advisory services unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Notary services are limited to witnessing signatures and administering notarial acts. JOUBY Solutions does not prepare documents or provide legal advice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform services. Delays in providing requested information may impact service timelines or completion.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
Bookkeeping fees are based on transaction volume, complexity, and condition of records. Cleanup and setup services are separate from monthly bookkeeping subscriptions.
Notary fees comply with Texas statutory limits. Travel, mileage, convenience, and signing service fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to service.
All payments are due as agreed. Subscription services are billed monthly unless canceled.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of services, all sales are final once services begin. No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed services.
Notary no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service fee.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination. Subscriptions may be paused or canceled according to billing terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
JOUBY Solutions is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Notary services are limited to the notarial act and do not guarantee document validity or legal outcomes.
8. Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and used solely for providing services, except as required by law.
9. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting payment, completing intake forms, or signing electronically, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Services Terms & Conditions.
